Role & Responsibilities

• Optimize product flow management for all inbound and outbound merchandise movements
• Plan and coordinate reception, storage, and delivery operations with external logistics providers
• Reduce logistics costs and lead times while maintaining service quality
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators across supply chain functions
• Ensure adequate inventory levels to meet sales targets and minimize markdowns
• Manage external vendor relationships and contracts to guarantee optimal service delivery
• Maintain cross-departmental communication to ensure service quality and traceability standards
• Lead, supervise, and train a team of six supply chain professionals
• Ensure compliance with all applicable logistics and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to enhance service quality and resolve operational issues
• Champion technological solutions to automate and improve logistics processes
• Drive deployment of La Grande Épicerie's environmental strategy in alignment with LVMH Life 360 commitments

Qualifications

• Higher education degree, preferably in supply chain management or logistics
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in supply chain environments
• Demonstrated expertise in supply chain planning (OTB, forecasting, S&OP, procurement, distribution)
• Proven track record in vendor and logistics provider negotiation
• Recognized ability to interact constructively with diverse stakeholders and build consensus
• Proactive mindset with strong anticipatory and pragmatic problem-solving skills
• Capability to address both short-term operational issues and long-term strategic initiatives

Experience

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in supply chain management or logistics environments, with demonstrated expertise in demand planning, supplier negotiations, and multi-channel distribution operations.

Education

Higher education degree, preferably with specialization in supply chain management or logistics.
