La Grande Épicerie de Paris (Bon Marché Group) seeks Supply Chain Manager to oversee logistics and procurement operations across retail, e-commerce, and B2B channels in Paris.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Optimize product flow management for all inbound and outbound merchandise and supplies
  • Plan and coordinate reception, storage, and delivery operations with external logistics partners
  • Optimize costs and timelines of logistics operations
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators and metrics
  • Ensure adequate warehouse stock levels to meet availability and markdown objectives
  • Manage external supplier relationships closely to ensure optimal service delivery
  • Maintain constant communication with other company departments to guarantee service quality and traceability compliance
  • Lead and manage a team of six supply chain collaborators
  • Supervise and train operational teams to ensure efficient logistics processes
  • Ensure compliance of logistics operations with current regulations
  • Collaborate with suppliers and clients to improve service quality and resolve logistics issues
  • Propose technology solutions to automate and improve logistics processes
  • Deploy La Grande Épicerie's environmental strategy in alignment with group LVMH Life 360 commitments

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of supply chain experience
  • Higher education with supply chain specialization
  • Supply chain planning expertise (OTB, forecasting, S&OP, procurement, distribution)
  • Demonstrated experience in vendor and logistics partner negotiations
  • Ability to interact constructively with diverse stakeholders and build consensus
  • Proactive approach with strong anticipation and pragmatic problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage both short-term operational issues and long-term strategic challenges
  • Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency
  • Excellent presentation and communication abilities
