Role & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day e‑commerce logistics for lagrandeepicerie.com, supervising end-to-end order flow (physical handling and OMS processes).
- Monitor and resolve operational anomalies, overdue orders in the OMS and carrier/return-related exceptions.
- Own e‑commerce stock integrity by coordinating with procurement teams and the Category Manager; oversee pre-packed box production and shelf-life (date de durabilité minimale) controls.
- Act as primary interface between e‑commerce, the warehouse and transport partners to manage disputes and ensure fluid communication.
- Collaborate with E‑commerce and Customer Service teams to optimise the customer fulfilment path and propose continuous improvement actions.
- Supervise Economat procurement operations: track stock levels, place supplier orders, maintain the Economat catalogue and address dormant stock.
- Manage supplier order disputes, product shortages and store emergencies to ensure operational continuity.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a business school or university programme; seeking a gap‑year (césure) or end‑of‑studies internship.
- Specialisation in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred.
- High proficiency in Excel; strong aptitude for quantitative data handling and reporting.
