Le Bon Marché (Paris) seeks an Accounts Payable Accountant (CDD) for April–July 2026. Fixed-term role processing supplier invoices and SAP master data.

Role & Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoice flows and ensure timely, accurate invoice capture in SAP.
- Create and maintain supplier master data in SAP, ensuring completeness and correctness.
- Validate accounting entries within the supplier invoicing workflow for assigned departments.
- Identify and resolve invoice anomalies and accounting exceptions in SAP.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and tax rules, including VAT procedures.
- Reconcile and justify supplier accounts; monitor outstanding balances and carry out follow-ups and reminders.
- Manage exceptional payments such as down payments and advances.
- Monitor and process Dailly assignment invoices by brand.
- Manage conditional supplier accounts: unblock accounts and resolve disputes on conditional invoices.
- Track evolutions in the invoicing flow in coordination with the Deputy Head of Accounts Payable and update internal processes accordingly.
- Escalate relevant information and maintain regular communication with the line manager (N+1).
- Prepare and analyse the VAT DEB declaration (déclaration d'échanges de biens).
- Handle intercompany accounting for store operations.
- Contribute actively to the day-to-day life of the accounting team and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Diploma in accounting (BTS level) or equivalent qualification in accounting/finance.
- Minimum three years' experience in accounts payable, supplier accounting or a closely related role.
- Solid knowledge of accounting and tax rules, including French VAT procedures and DEB.
- Proven proficiency with SAP for supplier invoicing and master data maintenance.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of Word.
- Methodical approach, strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable, adaptable and able to work collaboratively within a team.
- Good communication skills; English proficiency is a plus.

Minimum of 3 years' experience in accounts payable or supplier accounting, preferably within retail or multi-brand distribution.
Education
BTS-level diploma in accounting or equivalent qualification in accounting/finance.
