Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the operational link between Samaritaine store teams and central support functions; report to the Store Process Manager and drive on-site delivery of transformation initiatives.
- Lead and document testing, validation and deployment of retail tools (POS, détaxe, e-receipt), including coordinating test plans and closing incidents with IT, Internal Control and Accounting.
- Centralise, escalate and follow up on system incidents and process deviations; propose corrective actions and continuous-improvement measures.
- Design, maintain and deliver training materials; onboard new hires to technical tools, perform on-spot coaching and ensure training mastery across the floor.
- Animate and support the user community on the ground; ensure two-way information flow between store stakeholders and support teams to maintain governance and tool adoption.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' professional experience, preferably in retail operations or store support functions.
- Fluent English (mandatory) for daily exchanges with international teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong pedagogical aptitude with proven public-speaking and interpersonal skills for training and coaching.
- Good analytical and synthesising capability with a commercial mindset and interest in IT/process improvement.

Minimum 3 years' experience in retail operations, store support or a closely related function.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, retail management, information systems or a related field; relevant professional experience will be considered in lieu of formal qualification.
