Role & Responsibilities
- Drive continuous improvement projects for store systems (POS, détaxe, e-receipt): plan, document, execute and conclude tests and updates.
- Centralize, escalate and follow up on incidents with cross‑functional support teams (IT, Internal Control, Accounting) to ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor tool performance and propose enhancements or process changes where operational practices diverge from defined procedures.
- Onboard new hires to store technical tools, deliver manager and front‑line training, and maintain training materials and on‑spot coaching.
- Assess training needs, measure proficiency levels, and deploy corrective training or refresher sessions to guarantee operational mastery.
- Animate and support the community of system users on the sales floor, ensuring effective two‑way communication with relevant stakeholders.
- Act as the primary liaison between the store teams and corporate support entities during the operational transformation of La Samaritaine.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' professional experience, preferably in retail or store operations; prior department store or luxury retail exposure advantageous.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and confident use of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Fluent English required (daily interactions with international teams); strong oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated aptitude for training and coaching, with the ability to design and maintain training supports.
- Analytical mindset with capacity for synthesis and pragmatic problem solving; commercial and IT literacy.
