Groupe Bon Marché seeks a Stockroom Associate in Paris to manage store logistics, optimize storage spaces, and coordinate merchandise operations. Full-time CDI role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize storage spaces across commercial departments
- Arrange and organize merchandise according to operational standards
- Maintain 5S/Lean methodology compliance on back-office surfaces
- Coordinate with Sales and Buying teams on inventory matters
- Participate in merchandise re-tagging and labeling in storage areas
- Monitor task completion against planning schedules and alert management to obstacles
- Prepare merchandise returns and associated documentation
- Participate in departmental inventory counts and reconciliation
- Manage stock replenishment cycles, including seasonal requirements (e.g., beauty during holiday season)
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in stock, warehouse, or logistics operations
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with service focus
- Practical problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- Proficiency in activity reporting and stock status documentation
- Competency in standard IT tools and systems
