Le Bon Marché is hiring a Stock Associate for its Lingerie department in Paris on a part-time, fixed-term contract, from as soon as possible through April 30, 2027, excluding weekends. The role manages storage, merchandise organization and returns, supports Sales and Buying teams, and maintains 5S/Lean standards in back-of-house areas.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize storage areas in commercial departments.
- Organize merchandise.
- Maintain 5S/Lean standards across the store’s back-office areas.
- Communicate and liaise with Sales and Buying teams.
- Assist with relabeling merchandise stored in the stockroom.
- Ensure scheduled tasks are completed and alert the team to difficulties that may affect its objectives.
- Prepare merchandise returns.
- Inspect and package products, including wrapping and removing labels.
Qualifications
- A first experience in stock or logistics.
- Rigorous and organized, with the ability to manage priorities.
- Customer-oriented, with a strong sense of service.
- Practical mindset.
- Able to show initiative while working as part of a team and with different stakeholders.
- Able to prepare activity reports on stock status.
- Proficient with IT tools.
