Stock Associate role at Bon Marché Group in Paris—manage inventory, optimize storage, and coordinate replenishment in selective retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize storage spaces across commercial departments
- Arrange and organize merchandise according to established standards
- Maintain 5S/Lean principles and organization systems in back-office store areas
- Communicate and liaise between Sales, Buying, and Logistics teams
- Participate in merchandise re-labeling for reserve stock inventory
- Monitor task completion against planning schedules and alert management to any obstacles affecting team objectives
- Prepare merchandise returns and ensure proper documentation
- Participate in departmental inventory counts and stock-taking activities
- Prepare and manage stock replenishment, including seasonal and specialized replenishment tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of prior experience in stock management or logistics
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
