Stock Associate role at Bon Marché Group in Paris—manage inventory, optimize storage, and coordinate replenishment in selective retail.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize storage spaces across commercial departments
  • Arrange and organize merchandise according to established standards
  • Maintain 5S/Lean principles and organization systems in back-office store areas
  • Communicate and liaise between Sales, Buying, and Logistics teams
  • Participate in merchandise re-labeling for reserve stock inventory
  • Monitor task completion against planning schedules and alert management to any obstacles affecting team objectives
  • Prepare merchandise returns and ensure proper documentation
  • Participate in departmental inventory counts and stock-taking activities
  • Prepare and manage stock replenishment, including seasonal and specialized replenishment tasks
