Role & Responsibilities
- Process incoming rolls and pallets of merchandise.
- Encode bottles and verify barcodes using cash register or PDA.
- Restock shelves with bottles after encoding.
- Organize surplus stock in storage.
- Order department packaging supplies.
- Handle merchandise arrivals: encoding, barcode verification, order and delivery note checks.
- Distribute incoming stock.
- Organize stock in storage.
- Perform daily restocking of the wine section and related areas.
- Create restocking lists and execute restocking tasks.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of storage areas.
Qualifications
- First experience in customer-facing roles.
- Excellent customer service and commercial acumen.
- Ability to share product knowledge and enthusiasm with clients.
- Dynamic, meticulous, organized, and autonomous.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in English is advantageous.
