Role & Responsibilities

  • Draft and schedule editorial content for Le Bon Marché’s social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest) in French and English, aligning content calendars with marketing and commercial rhythms.
  • Co-manage content planning alongside the Social Media Project Lead and Chargé de projet Social Media, ensuring timely publication and cross-channel coherence.
  • Brief and coordinate the production of visual assets with internal creative teams and external partners; participate on set for social media-focused shoots when required.
  • Monitor social platforms and conduct active social listening to identify trends, competitor activity, best practices and opportunities for community growth.
  • Contribute to regular performance reporting to measure and optimise social media strategy (engagement, reach, community growth).
  • Support initiatives to strengthen Le Bon Marché’s brand image on social media through creative ideas and executional follow-through.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Bac +4/5 programme (business school or university master) with specialisation in Marketing, Communication or Media.
  • Fluency in French and English with exemplary written skills in both languages.
  • Strong editorial aptitude, attention to detail and organisational rigour; ability to manage content schedules and multiple stakeholders.
  • Passion for fashion, retail and Parisian cultural trends; demonstrable interest in social media culture and influencer ecosystems.
  • Collaborative mindset and proactive attitude; ability to propose creative concepts and adapt to a fast-paced retail calendar.
  • Available for a work-study contract starting September 2026.

Experience
