Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Social Media Project Manager and work in tandem with the Social Media Project Officer to produce and manage editorial content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and Pinterest in both French and English.
- Create and maintain content calendars aligned with the marketing and commercial calendar; ensure timely publication and channel consistency.
- Draft platform-tailored captions and creative briefs, and coordinate the briefing and follow-up of visual content production with internal creative teams and external partners.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of Le Bon Marché’s brand image on social platforms through trend-aware editorial choices and community understanding.
- Monitor social media performance and help produce regular reports and insights to track KPIs and inform strategic adjustments.
- Participate occasionally in on-site social shoots alongside the Artistic Direction and external collaborators.
- Conduct active social listening and competitive benchmarking to identify innovations, best practices and evolving audience behaviours.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bac+4/5 programme (business school or Master) with a specialisation in Marketing, Communication or Media.
- Excellent written communication in French and English with impeccable grammar and a creative editorial tone.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage editorial timelines.
- Keen interest in fashion trends, retail and the Paris creative scene, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.

Entry-level; suitable for candidates with little or no professional experience. Targeted at students currently preparing a Bac+4/5 degree; prior internships in social media, fashion or retail communications are advantageous but not required.

Currently enrolled in Bac+4/5 (Master-level) programme in Marketing, Communication, Media or equivalent.
