Qualifications

- First professional experience in retail sales; prior exposure to team management or supervisory tasks is strongly preferred.
- Excellent commercial acumen with a pronounced customer-service orientation.
- Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and demonstrated ability to motivate teams.
- Availability to work weekends and flexibility for retail hours.
- Professional command of English.
