Le Bon Marché Paris seeks an experienced Sales Manager for its Men's Fashion department. Lead a sales team, drive performance, and manage brand partnerships.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, coach, and develop a team of sales advisors in achieving performance targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Conduct individual and collective performance reviews, identify skill gaps, and facilitate professional development of direct reports
  • Analyze and monitor key sales indicators and KPIs to drive departmental performance and commercial growth
  • Implement and execute action plans to enhance customer experience, satisfaction, and loyalty
  • Oversee daily team management including recruitment, onboarding, training scheduling, and operational planning in coordination with Human Resources
  • Collaborate with buying teams to coordinate commercial campaigns, promotions, and inventory deployment
  • Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with luxury brands and representatives operating within the department
  • Manage collection intake, optimize inventory control, organize storage areas, and coordinate stock management
  • Organize and oversee inventory audits and stock reconciliation

Qualifications

  • Commercial education or equivalent professional qualification
  • Minimum 3 years' experience managing retail sales teams in a luxury or selective retail environment
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of luxury retail operations, merchandising, and brand management
  • Proficiency in English
  • Flexibility to work weekends and certain Sundays

Experience
