Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome, advise and accompany customers throughout the purchasing journey, delivering a high standard of luxury service.
  • Execute sales transactions and process payments until final encashment at point of sale.
  • Maintain exemplary presentation of merchandise and ensure the sales floor is tidy and well merchandised.
  • Act as an ambassador for the store and the maisons represented, promoting brand narratives to clients.
  • Support stock management activities: assist with replenishment, inventory tasks and proposing restocks.
  • Participate in commercial operations and store events, providing assistance to the sales team during peak periods.

Qualifications

  • Availability for the full internship period: early June to end of August 2026, full-time on-site in Paris.
  • Currently enrolled in higher education or recently graduated (commerce, fashion, hospitality or related fields preferred).
  • Strong client-facing orientation with genuine enthusiasm, warmth and a service mindset.
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Fluent English (oral) — able to interact confidently with international clientele.
  • Demonstrated interest in luxury retail, fashion or lifestyle brands.

Experience

Entry-level internship: no prior professional experience required. Prior customer-facing or retail experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

Education

Currently enrolled in tertiary education (Bachelor’s/Master’s) or recently graduated; studies in retail, business, fashion, hospitality or related disciplines preferred.
