Le Bon Marché is recruiting Sales Interns for the Braderie at Samaritaine, supporting the sales teams and helping deliver a distinctive customer experience. The two-month internship starts in November or December, requires an internship agreement, and offers exposure to department-store operations during a major retail event.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and direct customers in the store.
- Advise customers and assist them with their purchases.
- Help merchandise products and replenish stock.
- Maintain the sales areas.
- Assist with product labelling and organisation.
- Help ensure a smooth customer journey during the event.
- Discover how a department store is organised and operates.
Qualifications
- Enjoy interacting with customers and working in dynamic environments.
- Have a strong service orientation and enjoy working as part of a team.
- Be personable, responsive and enthusiastic, with the ability to create a quality customer experience.
- Be comfortable in a demanding environment and interested in the luxury sector.
- Have a polished appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
- English proficiency is an advantage.
