Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and present assigned product families on the sales floor, maintaining brand-appropriate presentation and merchandising standards.
- Perform shelf replenishment, restocking and front-facing; ensure planogram compliance and participate in promotional displays and re‑implantations.
- Monitor and manage product expiry dates (DLC/DLUO) and participate in shrinkage control procedures.
- Participate in stock management activities including order preparation, receiving, inventory counts and inventory preparation.
- Check and update pricing, labels and in-store signage; implement required corrections promptly.
- Advise, orient and assist customers to guarantee a high level of client satisfaction and promote product knowledge.
Qualifications
- First customer-facing experience (internship, seasonal or retail role) — entry level accepted.
- Strong service orientation and commercial sense with genuine enthusiasm for gourmet food products.
- Dynamic, rigorous, well organized and able to work autonomously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit.
- English proficiency is a plus.
