Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and advise high-net-worth clientele by actively listening to their preferences and requirements
- Prepare the pastry counter for daily operations, ensuring proper product placement, adherence to expiration dates, clear labeling, and organized product rotation
- Present pastry and complementary products, organize tastings, and recommend complementary purchases to increase average transaction value
- Maintain counter visibility and appeal through dynamic merchandising and storytelling
- Execute closing procedures, including counter sanitation, hygiene protocol compliance, and inventory audits
- Restock products daily and monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability and freshness
Qualifications
