Le Bon Marché is seeking a Sales Associate for Concept Store Loulou at Samaritaine in Paris. The role covers product sales, client experience, stock management and teamwork. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Role & Responsibilities

• Advise clients on product selection and purchases while upholding the required standard of excellence.
• Handle every product, regardless of value, with care and present it to clients with the utmost respect.
• Complete client transactions professionally and within a reasonable timeframe.
• Provide clients with the information they need.
• Deliver Samaritaine’s Ceremony of Sale.
• Maintain an impeccable sales floor in accordance with the store’s and brands’ visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain stock levels for all products in the department.
• Act as the store’s primary ambassador and provide clients with a unique experience.
• Understand clients’ needs and adapt to their expectations.
• Offer clients a warm, personalized and attentive welcome.
• Respond to client requests and complaints courteously and politely, referring to the department manager when necessary.
• Direct clients around the store according to their needs for products and services.
• Work as a team to achieve sales and service objectives.
• Support colleagues and proactively approach clients throughout the store to reduce waiting times and enhance the client experience.
• Prepare stock for inventory and assist with stocktaking.
• Apply store procedures and regulations.
• Keep product knowledge up to date.

Qualifications

• Successful experience in a concept store.
• Interest in developing a career in a multicultural environment.
• Fluency in English and French is essential.
• Knowledge of another language is preferred: Mandarin, Russian, Arabic, Spanish or Portuguese.
