Le Bon Marché Paris seeks an apprentice Sales Associate for its Home department. Full-time on-site role combining customer service excellence with product expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and accompany clients with exceptional service and genuine hospitality
- Provide expert product consultation and execute sales transactions through point-of-sale systems
- Build and maintain customer loyalty through personalized service and follow-up
- Ensure precise product presentation, visual merchandising standards, and sales floor organization
- Manage stock levels, recommend restocking needs, and execute inventory counts
- Participate in commercial operations and promotional campaigns
