Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests to the fishmonger restaurant with attentive, professional hospitality
- Provide table service including order-taking, meal delivery, clearing, and post-service tidying
- Present and recommend seafood products to customers with product knowledge and arrange tastings
- Participate in kitchen and beverage preparation as required
- Maintain restaurant standards including cleanliness, hygiene compliance, inventory management, and delivery organization
- Execute retail operations including product merchandising, stock replenishment, expiration date monitoring, and price labeling
- Assist with opening and closing procedures of the fishmonger counter
- Support commercial initiatives and promotional activities
