Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers at the fishmonger counter and restaurant, providing product knowledge and recommendations
- Execute table service within the fishmonger restaurant, including placement, table clearing, and resetting throughout service periods
- Prepare beverages and assist with basic kitchen preparation as required
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness, uphold stringent hygiene standards, conduct inventory management, and organize product deliveries
- Present seafood products to customers and coordinate product tastings to enhance the dining experience
- Manage section opening and closing procedures, merchandise displays, and promotional activities
- Monitor product shelf life, manage markdown procedures, and maintain pricing signage
