Le Bon Marché — Paris: Sales Advisor (Women's Sneakers). Full-time CDI in luxury footwear sales; clienteling, merchandising, stock control.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome, advise and accompany a discerning clientele for the Women’s Sneakers department, acting as the sector ambassador.
  • Execute the full sales cycle through to payment and ensure high standards of clienteling and follow-up.
  • Collect client contact details, conduct proactive recontact and contribute to loyalty-building initiatives.
  • Maintain product presentation and visual merchandising; ensure the sales area is pristine and on-brand.
  • Secure stock, manage loss-prevention measures and handle after-sales service and returns.
  • Participate in inventory counts and support promotional and commercial operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven interpersonal skills and a pronounced client-service orientation suited to luxury customers.
  • Confirmed prior retail or sales experience — preferably in luxury goods or footwear — is an advantage.
  • Professional working knowledge of English.
  • Demonstrated dynamism, proactivity, curiosity, versatility, responsiveness and strong teamwork.
  • Availability for on‑site retail hours and flexibility to work a rostered schedule (possibility of a 4-day working week).
  • Legal authorization to work in France.

Experience
