Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome, advise, and accompany discerning clientele in the watchmaking department
  • Execute all aspects of the sales process from consultation through checkout and after-sales service
  • Obtain and maintain client contact information; conduct follow-up outreach to foster loyalty
  • Ensure compelling product presentation and maintain the visual standards of the sales area
  • Monitor inventory security and coordinate post-purchase client support
  • Participate in stocktaking and promotional campaigns

Qualifications

  • First sales experience or equivalent customer-facing background
  • Genuine passion for watchmaking and horology
  • Fluent English; proficiency in an additional language is advantageous
