Role & Responsibilities
- Advise clients on product selection and purchases, delivering personalised, high‑touch service consistent with the store’s Ceremony of Sale.
- Handle and present merchandise of all values with the utmost care, discretion and respect for brand standards.
- Execute sales transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining professional service timing.
- Provide clients with product information, after‑sales guidance and cross‑departmental orientation within the store.
- Ensure the selling area is immaculate and complies with the store’s visual merchandising guidelines and brand presentation rules.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels for the department; prepare and assist with inventory operations.
- Respond to client enquiries and complaints courteously, escalating to the service manager when necessary.
- Collaborate proactively with colleagues to reach sales and service objectives, supporting floor coverage to minimise client wait times.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' proven experience in a concept store or luxury retail environment, preferably selling gifts, objets and curated lifestyle products.
- Fluent in French and English (both spoken and written); additional languages such as Mandarin, Russian, Arabic, Spanish or Portuguese are strongly desirable.
- Demonstrated excellence in clienteling and personalised customer service.
- Strong knowledge of visual merchandising principles and high standards of store presentation.
- Professional demeanour, discretion, and the ability to handle high‑value merchandise.
