Le Bon Marché seeks Sales Advisor for Men's Fashion–Sneakers department, Paris. Full-time CDI, 35h/week.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome, advise, and accompany customers with sophisticated product knowledge and attentive service
- Execute sales transactions through to final payment and provide post-purchase support
- Collect and maintain customer data; conduct targeted outreach and loyalty management initiatives
- Ensure impeccable merchandising standards, product visibility, and sales floor presentation
- Maintain inventory security and oversee after-sales service protocols
- Participate in stocktakes and promotional campaigns
Qualifications
- Confirmed retail sales experience
- Professional English language proficiency
- Strong client relationship management (clienteling) capability
- Demonstrated ability to track and optimize personal sales performance
Skills
Experience
Confirmed first-hand retail sales experience in a luxury or selective retail environment preferred. Beginner-level candidates with demonstrable sales aptitude and a passion for men's fashion may be considered.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; retail or fashion training a plus.
