La Samaritaine Paris seeks Sales Advisors for Men's Fashion retail. Luxury retail experience in high-end menswear required. Full-time, on-site position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and guide international clientele, delivering personalized styling recommendations that reflect individual preferences and the latest fashion trends across the men's collections
- Establish and maintain lasting client relationships through expert product knowledge, trust-building consultations, and proactive follow-up to foster loyalty and repeat patronage
- Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating client needs, creating a warm and inspirational retail atmosphere, and transforming passion for fashion into memorable shopping experiences
- Participate in exclusive events and new collection presentations, acting as a brand ambassador and facilitating exclusive customer engagement opportunities
Qualifications
- Demonstrated passion for fashion and current trends, with a refined personal aesthetic and strong knowledge of premium brands and contemporary designers
- Proven experience in high-end ready-to-wear retail sales, with a track record of building clientele and achieving sales objectives
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills, capable of creating privileged connections with diverse, international customers
- Impeccable presentation and appearance, reflecting the luxury standards of the brand
- Fluency in French and English; additional language proficiency is advantageous
