Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and enchant a diverse, international clientele, guiding them through the universe of exceptional horological collections
- Identify clients' profound desires and desires to present unique, bespoke timepiece creations aligned with their aspirations
- Master horological eloquence by transforming technical specifications into compelling narratives that captivate and inspire
- Conclude sales with elegance and ensure personalized follow-up befitting the greatest luxury houses
- Deliver unforgettable service by anticipating needs, personalizing each interaction, and exceeding the expectations of the most discerning clients
- Transform the boutique space into a refined setting of discovery and wonder, where every detail invites enchantment
- Cultivate exceptional relationships by establishing privileged bonds with clientele, instilling trust and fostering enduring partnerships

Qualifications
- Significant passion for and knowledge of luxury horology, including brands, movements, and complications
- Demonstrated experience in selling exceptional products, ideally in horology or fine jewelry
- Refined presentation and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create meaningful connections with discerning clientele
- Fluency in French and English (a third language is advantageous)

Skills
Experience
