Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome, guide, and advise international customers in expressing their personal style through curated fashion collections
- Deliver personalized shopping experiences by transforming passion for fashion into tailored recommendations
- Anticipate client needs and create a warm, inspiring atmosphere within retail spaces
- Develop and maintain lasting customer relationships through trust-building and sharing fashion expertise
- Participate in exclusive events and new collection presentations to deepen customer engagement
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in luxury ready-to-wear retail sales with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Sophisticated knowledge of contemporary fashion brands, designers, and emerging trends
- Fluent in French and English, with a third language highly advantageous
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and attentive listening ability
- Polished personal presentation and strong brand alignment
