Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with polished hospitality and treat each visit as a personalised appointment.
- Present and guide customers through the children's department, highlighting seasonal selections and in-store exhibitions.
- Advise clients through the purchase journey, offering product recommendations and styling guidance tailored to needs.
- Build lasting client relationships and contribute to customer retention through attentive service and follow-up.
- Monitor stock levels, execute replenishment on the sales floor and assist with inventory activities.
- Ensure impeccable product presentation and maintain the cleanliness and merchandising standards of the sales area.
