Bon Marché seeks a full-time Retail Stock Associate at La Grande Epicerie de Paris, the luxury gourmet retailer founded in 1923.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and present assigned product families to maintain premium store appearance
- Execute shelf stocking, replenishment, and monitor expiration dates (DLC/DLUO)
- Participate in inventory management, purchase ordering, and loss prevention procedures
- Verify pricing displays, product labels, and promotional signage for accuracy and compliance
- Support merchandise planogram changes, promotional displays, and inventory preparations
- Assist customers with product information, recommendations, and guidance to ensure satisfaction
Qualifications
- First experience in customer-facing retail environments
- Excellent customer service orientation and commercial awareness
- Strong product knowledge and passion for fine foods and luxury goods
- Ability to listen to customer needs and communicate product benefits effectively
