Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales Manager as a direct deputy, co-managing a defined commercial sector (Beauty, Accessories — Watches/Jewellery/Bijoux — or Children).
  • Animate, coach and motivate a team of Sales Advisors to deliver daily commercial targets and exemplary client service.
  • Drive sector commercial performance and ensure consistency of customer experience across touchpoints.
  • Analyse sales data and KPIs to identify opportunities and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage customer relations including dispute resolution and oversee cash register opening/closing procedures.
  • Oversee merchandising, stock replenishment and the presentation of the sector.
  • Coordinate inventories and execution of promotional or commercial operations.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or holder of a Master-level degree (Bac+4/5) from a business school or equivalent programme.
  • First professional experience in retail sales; prior team-management experience is a clear advantage.
  • Strong commercial sense with a pragmatic, field-oriented approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal and listening skills, with proven ability to motivate and coach teams.
  • Highly organised, reactive and adaptable under pressure.
  • Availability to work weekends.

Experience
