Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and coach a team of sales advisors to achieve individual and team targets.
- Conduct regular one-to-one and group meetings to develop staff competencies and monitor performance against objectives.
- Analyse commercial KPIs and sales results to define and deploy action plans that drive sector performance, including coordination with partner brands.
- Ensure a premium client experience through rigorous standards of welcome, service and aftercare; implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage day-to-day people operations with HR: recruitment, onboarding, training follow-up and rota planning.
- Coordinate with buyers and merchandising teams to implement commercial operations, seasonal placements and visual merchandising choices.
- Oversee stock flow and back-of-house organisation: receiving, reserve management and stock optimisation.
- Plan and execute inventories and ensure the sales floor is maintained to visual merchandising standards.
- Escalate and cascade relevant information between store teams and corporate or brand partners.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with the brands present on the sales sector to maximise sell-through and in-store activations.
Qualifications
- Commercial qualification or equivalent professional background in retail or sales.
- Proven leadership and people-management capabilities with a coaching mindset.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyse and act on sales KPIs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships with internal teams and external brands.
- Organised, reactive and adaptable with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Availability to work Saturdays and some Sundays.
- Professional proficiency in English.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales management, with demonstrable success leading and developing sales teams.
Education
Degree, diploma or professional qualification in business, commerce, retail management or equivalent professional experience.
