Le Bon Marché — Paris seeks a Retail Sales Intern (summer internship, June–August 2026) to support sales, merchandising and customer service on the shop floor.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support floor sales teams across departments (women’s wear, men’s wear, accessories, lingerie, home, children's, beauty, events and client relations) as an ambassador of the store.
- Greet, advise and cultivate relationships with customers to deliver a high-standard boutique experience and encourage loyalty.
- Execute sales transactions through to cash register/checkout and assist with customer follow-up.
- Ensure premium presentation of products and maintain visual standards and overall upkeep of the selling floor.
- Participate in stock management tasks including replenishment proposals and basic inventory activities.
- Contribute to commercial operations and promotional events when required.
- Take part in onboarding, training sessions and mentoring activities provided as part of the internship programme.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in higher education (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in business, retail, fashion, luxury management or a related discipline.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in customer service and in‑store sales.
- Commercial sensibility and an appreciation for the luxury retail environment and brand heritage.
- Warm, outgoing demeanour with enthusiasm, a professional attitude and a collaborative team spirit.
- Proficiency in English (required).

Experience
No prior professional experience is required; the internship is open to beginners. Interest in retail and previous customer-facing experience are advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolled in a university-level programme (Bachelor's or Master's) in business, retail, fashion, luxury management or a related field.
