Role & Responsibilities
- Integrate a Commercial Department (women’s wear, men’s wear, accessories, lingerie, home, children, beauty, events or client relations) and represent the Le Bon Marché brand on the sales floor.
- Welcome, advise and accompany clients to build loyalty and deliver a high-quality, personalised customer experience.
- Execute sales transactions through to payment and ensure accurate till handling.
- Maintain product presentation and visual standards; contribute to merchandising and upkeep of the sales area.
- Support stock management activities: participate in replenishment proposals and routine inventory tasks.
- Assist with commercial operations and in-store events.
- Participate in induction seminars, service excellence training and mentoring sessions offered during the internship.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in higher education (university or business/fashion/luxury school) or equivalent and eligible for a summer internship.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in retail and luxury goods.
- Commercial sense, enthusiasm, a welcoming demeanour and ease working in teams.
- Fluent in English (explicit requirement) and available for the full internship period: early June to end of August 2026.
