Role & Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries across all channels regarding loyalty programmes, e-commerce offerings, store hours, and product availability
  • Manage customer requests and concerns remotely, including complaints, compensation requests, disputes, and ongoing cases through phone, email, social media, and mail for both the physical store and website
  • Manage and animate social media exchanges and community engagement
  • Promote store and website services, brands, and benefits to customers
  • Proactively accompany customers to ensure satisfaction and positive experience
  • Conduct outbound call campaigns for event organization and customer engagement
  • Contribute to activity analysis and service department organization
  • Participate in onboarding and integration of new team members

Qualifications
