Le Groupe Bon Marché seeks a Recruitment Specialist to lead seasonal hiring initiatives for La Grande Épicerie de Paris during the year-end holiday period. This fixed-term contract role reports to the HR Manager and encompasses full recruitment cycle management—from needs analysis and job posting to candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding. The position focuses primarily on staffing sales and culinary positions across two retail locations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Partner with operational managers to identify recruitment needs and define candidate profiles for seasonal reinforcements
  • Develop and distribute job postings through established communication channels
  • Screen and shortlist candidates through resume review and initial assessment
  • Conduct recruitment interviews and evaluate candidate fit
  • Present selected candidate dossiers to managers and communicate decisions to applicants
  • Manage relationships with culinary schools and training institutions
  • Process internal mobility requests and track candidate progression
  • Onboard hired candidates, prepare employment contracts and mandatory administrative filings (DPAE)

Qualifications

  • University degree, business school diploma, or formal HR qualification
  • Minimum 3 years of successful recruitment experience in food retail or culinary sectors
  • Strong interpersonal and active listening skills
  • Excellent organizational ability, anticipation, and proactive mindset
  • Demonstrated capacity to manage competing priorities and work cross-functionally
  • Warm, generous, enthusiastic, and customer-service oriented disposition

Experience
