Role & Responsibilities

• Gather and document staffing requirements from operational managers; develop candidate profiles in collaboration with department heads
• Draft internal and external job postings and oversee their distribution through established communication channels
• Review and screen applications through curriculum vitae analysis
• Conduct recruitment interviews with prospective candidates
• Present and submit selected candidate files to hiring managers for final decision-making
• Communicate hiring outcomes to candidates throughout the recruitment cycle
• Manage relationships and coordinate recruitment efforts with culinary and hospitality training institutions
• Process and track internal mobility requests; meet with internal transfer candidates and monitor their application progress
• Execute the complete hiring workflow, including employment contract preparation, pre-hire administrative documentation (DPAE), and onboarding coordination

Qualifications

• University degree, business school diploma, or formal HR qualification
• Demonstrated experience in recruitment within food retail, fine foods, or culinary sectors
• Exceptional interpersonal and active listening abilities
• Strong organizational skills with excellent anticipation and proactive problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to prioritize multiple concurrent processes effectively
• Collaborative mindset with capacity to work across departments and adapt communication to diverse stakeholders
• Customer-service orientation with warmth, generosity, and enthusiasm

Skills

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of successful recruitment experience in the food retail or culinary professions sector.

Education

University degree, business school diploma, or formal Human Resources qualification.
