The Purchasing Contracts Coordinator supports purchasing contract administration by coordinating communication between local contacts and international buyers, drafting supplier-term amendments, maintaining tracking documents, following up on brand contracts, coordinating electronic signatures and archiving signed documents. This is a full-time, fixed-term position (CDD) based on site.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate communication between local contacts and international buyers.
- Draft amendments to suppliers’ commercial terms (reservation letters) in support of lawyers.
- Update tracking documents.
- Monitor and follow up on contracts with brands.
- Prepare and coordinate electronic signatures.
- Archive signed documents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree plus four to five years of higher education (Bac +4/5) in management or purchasing, with equivalent initial professional experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational skills, rigor, and methodical approach.
- Ability to work in a project-based environment and as part of a team.
