Groupe Bon Marché seeks a Purchasing Assistant in Paris to support footwear and leather goods buying operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Enter and transmit purchase orders into system tools
- Receive and verify purchase order confirmations and documentation
- Prepare and maintain seasonal buying schedules and books
- Create and onboard new vendors, requesting necessary administrative documentation
- Monitor, correct, and update product and brand references within the system
- Maintain and track reporting dashboards and administrative tables
- Update administrative resources including directories and website product listings
- Coordinate meetings, showroom schedules, and calendar management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac+4/5)
- Fluent English (written and oral); second language preferred
- Proficiency in SAP and Excel
- Rigorous, reactive, and adaptable approach to work
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in a purchasing, buying support, or back-office environment within fashion or luxury retail distribution.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (Bac+4/5).
