Le Bon Marché seeks a Purchasing Assistant in Paris for its Shoes and Leather Goods department. Full-time permanent position.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage complete product flow documentation on SAP including order creation, restocking requests, delivery monitoring, invoicing, and supplier communications
  • Monitor departmental inventory activity, including supplier referencing and stock-level tracking tables
  • Alert management to stock rupture risks and compile restocking requirements
  • Calculate markdowns and participate in inventory counts
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of all administrative data and records
  • Coordinate invoicing with the accounting department
  • Contribute to daily departmental operations and team activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac +2 or +3) in commercial management or related field
  • Demonstrated excellence in commercial administration or sales administration
  • Proven proficiency with SAP and advanced Excel skills
  • Sensitivity to fashion and luxury goods
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to anticipate needs and work collaboratively
  • Professional English proficiency (written and oral)
