Le Bon Marché — Paris: Purchasing Assistant (Home). Permanent full-time role supporting buying operations, SAP order management and supplier coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end product flow in SAP: create and follow purchase orders, process replenishments, monitor deliveries, handle invoicing and follow up with suppliers.
- Monitor departmental activity: onboard and maintain supplier references, maintain stock-tracking spreadsheets, identify and escalate stock-out risks, collect replenishment needs and calculate markdowns.
- Support inventory operations and participate in physical inventories and stock reconciliations.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives with brand partners and internal merchandising, visual and marketing teams.
- Assist the departmental buyer and administrative manager in daily operational tasks and ad hoc projects.
Qualifications
- Diploma Bac+2 or Bac+3 in commercial management, business administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years' proven experience in commercial management, sales administration, purchasing support or order-to-cash processes.
- Strong organisational skills, rigor, anticipation and a collaborative team spirit.
- Proven proficiency in Excel and Word; experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Professional working knowledge of English is a plus.

Minimum three years of relevant experience in purchasing support, sales administration or commercial operations, preferably within fashion, home or luxury retail environments.
Education
Associate's or Bachelor's degree (Bac+2 / Bac+3) in commercial management, business administration or equivalent.
