Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Commercial Operations purchasing team on preparation and execution of commercial events and thematic activations.
- Coordinate implementation of in-store operations with internal stakeholders including Artistic Direction, Buying, Sales and Communications teams.
- Draft and produce point-of-sale materials (PLV) in collaboration with Quality and Artistic Direction.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and market trend analysis to inform product and merchandising briefs.
- Assist with product sourcing and partner outreach for events and pop-ups: identify brands, request samples and information, verify product compliance, and create product records in administrative systems.
- Oversee operational follow-up for in-store installations and pop-up setups, managing logistics and administrative tasks for each activation.
- Monitor sales performance and post-event reports; analyse results and propose operational optimisations.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a business school or equivalent university programme (gap-year or final-year internship).
- Strong written communication skills and editorial rigour.
- Comfortable working in a project-driven environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to suggest improvements.
- Clear affinity for gastronomy and fine foods.
- Fluent command of English and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
