Groupe Bon Marché seeks Beauty Purchasing Assistant in Paris; support buyer with brand portfolio management and operational coordination in hybrid role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain administrative and operational oversight of assigned beauty brand portfolio, ensuring pricing accuracy, product assortment integrity, and data reliability to facilitate seamless store execution and support planning teams
- Manage daily product reference lifecycle activities including creation, modification, deletion, and assortment changes; track new product launches through implementation
- Identify, monitor, and resolve operational issues related to product references, pricing, product information, supplier performance, and assortment changes in coordination with internal stakeholders
- Update and verify data consistency across systems and tools, maintaining comprehensive product and supplier records
- Process and track supplier invoicing administration in collaboration with the finance department
- Develop and maintain dashboards, tracking systems, and management tools to support buyer decision-making
- Prepare supporting materials, summaries, and meeting reports for brand negotiations and partnership discussions
- Monitor brand and assortment performance metrics; contribute to identifying optimization opportunities and performance analysis
- Track commercial promotional activities operationally and support analysis of campaign effectiveness
- Conduct market and competitive field monitoring; share key insights and opportunities with the purchasing team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +4/5)
- Proficiency in Excel and SAP systems
- Professional English language competency (required)
- Demonstrated interest in beauty and retail sectors

Entry-level; no prior professional experience required. Candidates with background in purchasing, retail operations, or beauty category exposure are advantaged.
