Groupe Bon Marché seeks Purchasing Assistant, Beauty in Paris. Support beauty buying operations across selective distribution. Full-time, hybrid role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain administrative and operational oversight of assigned brand portfolio, ensuring accuracy of pricing, assortment, and product information for seamless store execution
- Manage product reference lifecycle including creation, modification, suppression, assortment changes, and product launch tracking
- Identify, monitor, and resolve daily operational issues related to product references, pricing, product data, supplier management, and assortments in coordination with relevant departments
- Ensure data accuracy and reliability across all purchasing systems and tools
- Coordinate supplier invoice administration and follow-up with Finance
- Update dashboards, trackers, and management reporting tools
- Prepare supporting materials, summaries, and meeting notes for brand interactions
- Monitor brand and assortment performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and contributing to category management initiatives
- Oversee operational execution of promotional campaigns and analyze performance results
- Conduct field and competitive intelligence activities, sharing findings and opportunities with the buying team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +4/5)
- Proficiency with Excel and SAP
- Professional-level English language skills
- Demonstrated interest in beauty and retail sectors
