Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day lease administration for commercial and residential tenancies, including tracking contract terms and renewals.
- Manage tenant relations: handle inquiries and complaints, liaise with occupants and with co-ownership managers (syndics).
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance, repair works and interaction with external contractors and service providers.
- Monitor statutory property diagnostics and ensure regulatory documentation is up to date.
- Prepare and reconcile service charges and rent receipts; assist with rent collection follow-up and management of arrears and litigation files.
- Contribute to the preparation of provisional budgets and basic financial reporting for the managed portfolio.
- Assist the property management team (property manager and assistant) with administrative tasks and portfolio reporting; work in a hybrid office/remote mode as required.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+2 to Bac+5 program in real estate management, business/management or a related discipline.
- Strong interest in real estate and desire to develop practical skills in lease and property management.
- Highly organized, rigorous and able to manage multiple priorities to deadlines.
- Diplomatic with excellent interpersonal skills and a client-service mindset.
- Good written and oral communication skills in French; professional conduct with tenants and external partners.

Entry-level: suitable for candidates with little or no professional experience. Prior internships or academic projects in real estate, property management or related fields are advantageous but not required.
Education
Enrolled in Bac+2 to Bac+5 (associate to master-level) studies in real estate management, management, business administration or equivalent discipline.
