Role & Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements in collaboration with internal teams (e-commerce, CRM, customer relations) and external partners to identify opportunities and user pain points
- Develop detailed user stories and precise acceptance criteria for development teams
- Monitor and oversee integrator development efforts, maintain project schedules, and challenge functional approaches
- Build, prioritize, and maintain the product roadmap by translating business and user needs into clear, actionable features
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (conversion rate, average basket value, customer satisfaction), propose continuous optimization through A/B testing and experimentation
- Maintain competitive and technological intelligence on e-commerce trends, emerging technologies, and competitor innovations
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure adoption and seamless integration of new features into existing processes
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school, engineering school, or equivalent university qualification
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, with at least 3 years on complex e-commerce initiatives, preferably in luxury or premium retail
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban
- Strong technical and functional understanding of e-commerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, Shopify Plus, etc.)
- Mastery of project tracking tools (Jira, Confluence) and data analytics tools (Google Analytics)
- Demonstrated customer and user orientation with ability to translate complex challenges into simple, relevant, and effective solutions
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to mobilize and align cross-functional teams around shared objectives
