Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Press Officer of La Grande Epicerie de Paris across daily PR activities and projects.
  • Draft and produce press materials and communication tools for product launches and campaigns.
  • Manage journalist follow-ups and day-to-day media relations, including meetings with the press.
  • Support the organisation and delivery of press events and in-store cocktails; represent the brand at events when required.
  • Participate in creative team brainstorms and provide on-set assistance during photoshoots.
  • Coordinate product press releases and supervise press distributions.
  • Conduct daily press reviews, identify and analyse media coverage, and perform competitive monitoring.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Bac+4/5 (master’s level) programme in Communications, Marketing, or Business School.
  • Strong organisational rigour, autonomy, and a methodical approach to task follow-through.
  • Curiosity, analytical mindset and genuine interest in press relations, gastronomy and wines & spirits.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
