Groupe Bon Marché seeks Payroll Manager in Paris for hybrid role processing 250–300 monthly payrolls. CDI, ADP DGE experience required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process complete payroll for a scope of 250–300 employees, including collection of variable elements, calculations, controls, and payslip issuance
- Input and validate data within ADP Décidium Grande Entreprise (DGE)
- Import and process timekeeping data from e-Temptation (Horoquartz) into the payroll system
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding (DPAE, final settlement statements, attestations)
- Monitor and control absences (holidays, sick leave, occupational injuries/illnesses) and their impact on payroll
- Perform consistency checks and reconciliations
- Collaborate closely with HR, accounting, and operational managers
- Participate in continuous improvement of payroll processes within the team
- Contribute to team cohesion and collective dynamics
Qualifications
- Diploma of Bac+2 or higher (BTS Comptabilité-Gestion, DUT GEA, or equivalent Payroll Manager qualification)
- 4 to 6 years minimum experience in payroll management
- Experience in multi-site environments or large organizational structures preferred
- Retail/Distribution sector experience is a plus
- Recognized for rigour, attention to detail, discretion, and organizational skills
- Demonstrates teamwork spirit and autonomy

Experience
Minimum 4 to 6 years of payroll management experience, preferably in multi-site or large corporate environments. Prior experience in retail or distribution sectors is advantageous.
Education
Bac+2 qualification or higher, such as BTS Comptabilité-Gestion, DUT GEA, or an equivalent professional payroll management diploma.
