Le Bon Marché is seeking a Payroll Administrator to ensure accurate, compliant monthly payroll for 250–300 employees across a team based at two sites. The role is a full-time, permanent position using ADP Décidium Grande Entreprise (DGE), e-Temptation (Horoquartz), and Pack Office.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process payroll for 250–300 employees, including collecting variable pay data, calculating and checking payroll, and issuing payslips.
- Enter and verify data in ADP Décidium Grande Entreprise (DGE).
- Import and process time-management data from e-Temptation (Horoquartz) into the payroll system.
- Manage employee hires and departures, including DPAE declarations, final pay settlements, and certificates.
- Monitor and check absences, including leave, sickness, and workplace accidents or occupational illness, and their payroll impact.
- Perform consistency checks.
- Work closely with HR, accounting, and operational managers.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of payroll processes within the team.
- Support a positive team atmosphere and collective momentum.
Qualifications
- Bac+2 or higher, such as a BTS in Accounting and Management, DUT GEA, Payroll Administrator qualification, or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of payroll management experience; 4–6 years or more is stated, ideally in a multi-site environment or a large organization.
- Retail or distribution experience is an advantage.
- Recognized for rigor, attention to detail, discretion, organization, teamwork, and autonomy.
